Order Handling & Shipping

All our costumes, feather backpacks and headdresses are made-to-order. We particularly tailor them for you according to your measurements and color choices. The order handling time depends on the current order situation and on the complexity of the tailoring of the respective costume. Normally, we take on average approximately 3-4 weeks for processing an order. As soon as we have finished your order, we will dispatch it immediately.

If you have a delivery deadline, please specify it in your order. For urgent deadlines we offer an Express-Handling-Service(see below).

We ship our dance dresses and costumes to you by DHL.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs depend on zones.

• EU: 16,90 € - DHL - Paket International including insurance and shipment tracking
• US & Canada: 19,80 US$ - DHL-Paket International including liabiliy and shipment tracking
• Worldwide: 29,00 € - DHL-Paket International including liabiliy and shipment tracking

Our Express-Handling-Service grants your order priority, and thus we are also able to handle short notice deadlines. The Express-Handling-Service-Fee is 45 €.

Before selecting the Express-Handling-Service please message us via our contact page inquiring if your desired deadline is feasible.

Our Express-Handling-Service only includes the processing of your order and not the shipping to your delivery address. For very urgent cases we thus recommend DHL-Express or Fedex, which guarantee short shipping times of only 1-3 business days. If you are interested in this, please contact us before you order.
